After a few short weeks Madonna was able to unlock issues that I thought I had dealt with but it was defining my entire life. When we completed the visualizations of letting go, I simply felt free. I have spent my whole life running from it and now I don’t have to run anymore. It simply has been transformed into something beautiful and free. I would never have accomplished that on my own. Just wanting to share my experience with meditations I have listened to. At first I wasn’t sure what to expect but then I found myself listening to them when I was feeling anxious or when I needed to ground myself. The meditations are very personal and Madonna has such a calming voice that make them a pleasure to listen to and allows for you to really be yourself.
