I have done Madonna’s 8 week course and am doing her healing course and just love it. The 8 week course was extremely empowering. I had “suffered” with “severe depression” which for me was constant deep pressure on myself, not loving myself or listening to myself nor connecting with all around us.
Madonna has the ability to gently yet firmly bring your awareness to what is not working or serving you and for you to realise why and how you can change your life through your awareness. I love how Madonna teaches you to give yourself permission to love and honour yourself. My intuition is flourishing and my life going from strength to strength. Madonna has a special talent for getting me out of the cerebral and into the heart. As a consequence, my emotional healing occurs as I “feel” the real issue – be it anger, rejection or fear – and work through that aspect.

After a few short weeks Madonna was able to unlock issues that I thought I had dealt with but it was defining my entire life. When we completed the visualizations of letting go, I simply felt free. When I first decided to try the meditations I wasn’t sure if it was for me. I was pleasantly surprised. I have quite the busy mind as I’m sure most people do and this helped me switch off and relax. I highly recommend giving it a go. Madonna you are a true inspiration and it was always nice hearing your calming voice.
