I have suffered significant depression and anxiety for most of my life, and yes, it is a serious, debilitating illness. However, working with Madonna has helped me immensely. Madonna has taught me how to be present and to see the true value of how special and wonderful I am. She has helped me to learn how to listen within, to really trust myself and to stop the negative self judgement.
This has helped improve all aspects of my life and decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression. I would recommend Madonna’s programs to anyone.
