10/10 would recommend Madonna’s meditations! I’ve done most of the series this year. Each week I look forward to spending time on myself by doing the meditations and they help keep me feeling centred and closer to who I am.
The meditations are always easy to access and the forums on the meditation page are a wonderful tool to connect and reflect with others and their often similar experiences.
Last year I had a lot of personal difficulties arise in my life and desperately needed someone to talk about these heavy issues. I needed to release everything I could no longer bare and my life was total chaos. I had difficulty even doing my job as I was under so much internal pressure. I looked fine from the outside.
I was recommended to Madonna by an amazing woman Kathy (who was counselling me at the time) to do Madonna’s 8 week program.
I can honestly say Madonna is amazing, she helped me find my true self again and helped me to discover where my problems were coming from, being self-judgement.
The ability within myself was found to take back my confidence and to face a lot of realities I had difficulty with accepting. If you need to find yourself, feel yourself again or feel a little lost, invest in yourself and do this program. I am so much happier and confident within myself and it has changed my life!

After a few short weeks Madonna was able to unlock issues that I thought I had dealt with but it was defining my entire life. When we completed the visualizations of letting go, I simply felt free. I have spent my whole life running from it and now I don’t have to run anymore. It simply has been transformed into something beautiful and free. I would never have accomplished that on my own. Madonna’s healing loves you completely into opening yourself to your own truth and non-truth. I felt completely safe in her hands as they allowed me to see into the depths of my subconscious and acknowledge what had been separating me from love. I have suffered significant depression and anxiety for most of my life, and yes, it is a serious, debilitating illness. However, working with Madonna has helped me immensely. As I’ve worked with you Madonna … the most powerful discovery has been that I already have everything I need inside me. I don’t need to become anything … I already am.
What I did need was a few simple tools to identify some old thoughts and behaviours that were no longer serving me and start uncover my true self.
Something I feel important to mention is your life doesn’t need to be “not working” to gain benefit from your courses. They really are tailored for the individual and I know I’ll be doing more with you, even when life is ticking along with no speed bumps, because I loved the journey of getting to know myself better.
