I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to continue to learn, heal, and grow spiritually with the support from Madonna. The personalised program has pulled pieces of the puzzle together from various events in my life and given me insight into how my behaviours today are influenced heavily by early conditioning. Through guided visualisations, Madonna shared a true gift that has reminded me of who I really am and why I am here today. When I first decided to try the meditations I wasn’t sure if it was for me. I was pleasantly surprised. I have quite the busy mind as I’m sure most people do and this helped me switch off and relax.
