When I first decided to try the meditations I wasn’t sure if it was for me. I was pleasantly surprised. I have quite the busy mind as I’m sure most people do and this helped me switch off and relax. I highly recommend giving it a go. Madonna you are a true inspiration and it was always nice hearing your calming voice.

As I’ve worked with you Madonna … the most powerful discovery has been that I already have everything I need inside me. I don’t need to become anything … I already am. What I did need was a few simple tools to identify some old thoughts and behaviours that were no longer serving me and start uncover my true self. Something I feel important to mention is your life doesn’t need to be “not working” to gain benefit from your courses. They really are tailored for the individual and I know I’ll be doing more with you, even when life is ticking along with no speed bumps, because I loved the journey of getting to know myself better. I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to continue to learn, heal, and grow spiritually with the support from Madonna. The personalised program has pulled pieces of the puzzle together from various events in my life and given me insight into how my behaviours today are influenced heavily by early conditioning.
