I just wanted to share my experiences on the meditations with Madonna. They give me the opportunity to spend time connecting with me. We can so easily loose who we are when dealing with life’s needs and dealing with people and their needs. It creates the time, to focus and to connect with your true self and the higher self, this brings about subtle but deep changing awareness. You can never unlearn what you have learned, you can not go backwards when your heart and soul ask you to keep going forwards. These steps we take, take us on the real journey, this is the reason why we are here, in form in the first place. So, each small step, becomes another small step, each meditation becauses another small step towards who we are. Not through the mind, but through the heart and from our truth. Slowly, slowly we bring that awareness …. into our relationship with ourselves.

10/10 would recommend Madonna’s meditations! I’ve done most of the series this year. Each week I look forward to spending time on myself by doing the meditations and they help keep me feeling centred and closer to who I am. The meditations are always easy to access and the forums on the meditation page are a wonderful tool to connect and reflect with others and their often similar experiences.
Madonna has a special talent for getting me out of the cerebral and into the heart. As a consequence, my emotional healing occurs as I “feel” the real issue – be it anger, rejection or fear – and work through that aspect. Madonna’s strength is her ability to guide one through the inner work and although it seems difficult at the time; the release that follows provides freedom! My journey with Madonna started last year with a lot of heart ache, self-doubt and a tremendous amount of fear….the destination of our journey ended with an immense sense of relief, a feeling of fulfilment and a new direction destined for many great things to come. Lunch again with one of the most special people to come into my life. If I could give any of my friends/family one gift in life, it would be a healing consult/workshop with Madonna Sharpe. We all deserve happiness and clarity in life but sometimes we just don’t know how to achieve it. Well, I have found the key and I love her greatly for sharing it with me.
I have been blessed to have met Madonna and attended several of her workshops completed her online workshop. As I’ve worked with you Madonna … the most powerful discovery has been that I already have everything I need inside me. I don’t need to become anything … I already am. What I did need was a few simple tools to identify some old thoughts and behaviours that were no longer serving me and start uncover my true self. Something I feel important to mention is your life doesn’t need to be “not working” to gain benefit from your courses. They really are tailored for the individual and I know I’ll be doing more with you, even when life is ticking along with no speed bumps, because I loved the journey of getting to know myself better.
